		<description>Thanks for the obesity discussion on your blog KG....Clearly, this is a problem that my Dad faced and clearly it led to his passing at only 71...I have re-focused on this and as you know, the progress I have made in the last few months has been very good for me.  Losing the weight has been easy...I eat what I am supposed to eat in 5 small meals a day.  I don&#039;t long for any of the old favorites, in fact they sound terrible.  I will never go back to my random eating style.....I think carefully what I eat now, how much I eat and how oftern I eat.  Eating out used to be a highlight for me, now it takes some thought to decide where to eat and what they will have that is good for me.  I will never be skinny but I can assure you that I will feel better and look a bit better every month for the rest of my life.</description>
